We aim to fulfill this mission while operating responsibility, ethically and sustainably. This Corporate Social Responsibility and Carbon Footprint policy outlines and formalizes our commitments to ethical business conduct, environmental stewardship, and social impact, emphasizing continuous improvement and transparency across all aspects of our operations.

2. SCOPE
This policy applies to all employees, contractors, suppliers, and partners across Bridge to Life’s global operations, including R&D, manufacturing, distribution, and customer service.

3. COMPANY MISSION
Bridge to Life was founded with the mission of saving lives by developing preservation and perfusion solutions while providing the highest quality of service to organ procurement organizations and transplant centers. We recognize that partnership with the global clinical innovators in donation and transplant is at the core of success.

We continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our quality management systems to ensure our technologies are safe, effective, and aligned with clinical needs.

c. Employee Welfare, Diversity, and Inclusion
We foster a respectful, diverse, and inclusive work environment that supports equal opportunity and professional development. We are committed to equitable hiring practices, inclusive leadership, and an ethical workplace culture where all employees are empowered to contribute to our mission.

d. Community Engagement and Social Advocacy
Our commitment extends beyond compliance. We actively engage in advocacy efforts that support the advancement of organ donation and transplantation. Through collaboration with industry partners and community stakeholders, we work to raise awareness, honor the generosity of donors and their families, and improve outcomes for transplant recipients.

We also invest in community initiatives that reflect our mission and values—supporting education, outreach, and programs that make a meaningful impact on the lives of patients, families, and healthcare professionals around the world.
